Added customers to the AUTOMAT as well as tweaked the lighting.

Added customers and shopkeepers to the JOLTZO SHOP.

Began filling seats in the local THEATER. Finally finished the lighting as well as the screen animation.

We also added some NPCs to the Police Station. Definitely adds some life to the scene.
